Proposal 1: Gitcoin CoordiNATION

Overview

For the upcoming Gitcoin round in August, we propose a combined $50k+ Featured Round between Green Pill, ReFi DAO, and Regens Unite to support all global and local communities involved in Regen coordiNATION.

Each online community would be expected to raise funds for the matching pool, and all funds would be distributed according to the quadratic funding as provided by the Gitcoin grant manager.

Aims

• Kickstart the Regen CoordiNATION to build a global regenerative society.
• Positive-sum synergy: the combined marketing to drive donation volumes coming into the round
• Create a large, growing funding pool for regeneration rooted in local communities.

Eligible Round Recipients

• All GreenPill Chapters
• All ReFi Local Nodes
• ReFi DAO Global, Green Pill Global, and Regens Unite Global

Participation Responsibility

• We all aim to cross-promote, cross-pollinate, and collaborate between our nodes and communities
• All in-person and online events hosted by grant recipients for the 3 consecutive months following round agree to feature the branding of all match funding pool sponsors (e.g., Celo, ReFi DAO & GreenPill).
